LarpKit alternative: how Pozer and LarpKit compare

LarpKit and Pozer both make prop finance apps for skits, parody and film. We make Pozer, so this page keeps to what each site states: which apps, how they reach your phone, what is free, what is marked and what it costs. LarpKit's side is as its own pages stated it on 13 October 2026.

LarpKit and Pozer make the same kind of thing: money screens that are props for skits, parody and film. We make Pozer, so read this knowing where we stand. Everything said about LarpKit below is what its own public pages stated, as checked on 13 October 2026, and each fact links to the page it came from. Where its site doesn’t say, we write “not stated” and don’t guess. Prices and features change, so look at larpkit.app yourself before you decide.

Who each one suits

LarpKit suits a creator who wants one of the three simulators it lists, a Cash App Simulator, a Phantom Simulator and a Shopify Simulator, and would rather pay once: it is the only one of the two with a lifetime plan. Every plan covers all three, its store simulator is listed for desktop as well as mobile, and its support page links a Discord server.

Pozer suits a creator who needs a screen LarpKit doesn’t list, such as an exchange, a futures account, a prediction market, a stock trading app or a YouTube Studio-style dashboard, or who wants to build, install and film before paying anything. Each Pozer template is an original design in the style of the app it resembles, with no real company’s name or logo on it; you supply the app’s name and icon.

How to choose

Try Pozer in two minutes

  1. Open the store dashboard template, or any of the ten, and start building. The editor opens with every field filled in, and building and previewing need no account.
  2. Change Store name and Total sales today. The phone beside the fields is a live preview: tap the range pill to step from Today to Last 7 days, and the bottom bar to move between Home, Orders, Products and Menu. That much takes about two minutes.
  3. Name the app and press the green publish button, Create home-screen app. Publishing asks for a free account, your email and no card, and gives you a link.
  4. Open the link on the phone you’ll film with. On iPhone, use Safari, then Share and Add to Home Screen; on Android, use Chrome and choose Install app. It opens fullscreen from its own icon.

The line neither product is for crossing

Both are props. LarpKit’s home page says it is built for entertainment and content creation and connects to no real store, wallet, bank or exchange, and a Pozer app connects to nothing either. Whichever you choose, keep it in skits, parody and film. A Pozer app must never be used to ask anyone for money, or as evidence of funds, income, sales or results: our acceptable use policy prohibits it, and accounts that do it are closed.

Questions

Is Pozer a LarpKit alternative?

Yes, for the same job: a prop finance app you fill in and film. As checked on 13 October 2026, LarpKit's site lists three simulators (Cash App, Phantom and Shopify). Pozer has ten templates, including a payment app, a crypto wallet and a store dashboard. The two differ in price, in what is free and in which screens exist, so use the table on this page.

Is there a free LarpKit alternative?

Pozer is free to build, publish and install, with a free account and no card. Free apps carry SIMULATED · POZER.COM in fine print on screen, and Pro removes it. LarpKit's site did not state a free tier when we checked on 13 October 2026.

How much does LarpKit cost?

As checked on 13 October 2026, larpkit.app lists "PRO MONTHLY" at $14.99 a month, "PRO YEARLY" at $99.99 a year and "LIFETIME" at $149.99 as one payment, each covering every simulator. Check its site for today's prices. Pozer is free with a mark; Pro, which removes it, is US$4.99/wk, US$12.99/mo or US$79.99/yr.

Does LarpKit have a free trial or a watermark?

Neither was stated on its public pages on 13 October 2026, so we can't say either way. Its app pages list access as included with all plans, and its sign-up page asks you to create an account to reach the apps. Ask LarpKit's support if it matters for your shoot.

Does Pozer have a lifetime plan like LarpKit's?

No. LarpKit lists "LIFETIME" at $149.99 as one payment. Pozer is free with a mark, and Pro is US$4.99/wk, US$12.99/mo or US$79.99/yr. If you'd pay for Pro for years, LarpKit's single payment can cost less.

Do both work on iPhone and Android?

LarpKit's Cash App and Phantom simulator pages list "iOS & Android" and say to add the app to your home screen; its Shopify Simulator lists "Desktop & Mobile". A Pozer app installs from Safari on iPhone (Share, then Add to Home Screen) and from Chrome on Android (Install app).

Can I use either one to show real income or sales?

No. Both are sold as props for content and entertainment, and neither is connected to a real account. On Pozer, using an app to ask anyone for money, or as evidence of funds, income, sales or results, is prohibited, and accounts that do it are closed.
