Privacy Policy

Obscura Vertex Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202622039R), 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422, Singapore, is the data controller for Pozer. Questions and requests: support@pozer.com.

• If you subscribe: your email address and your Stripe customer reference, plus the status and renewal date of your subscription. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles payment details and we receive none of them.
• If you publish an app: the name, icon and values you entered. This is content you chose to publish, and anyone with the link can view it.
• In your browser: a signed cookie recording that this device holds Pro, and a key identifying you as the owner of apps you published. These stay on your device.
• Anonymous usage counts: we count page views and a handful of product events — a template being opened, an app being published, a checkout being started. This is measured by Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and stores no identifier, so these counts cannot be traced back to you.

To give you the access you paid for, to bill you, to let you edit apps you published, and to answer support requests. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell it.

• Stripe, to take payment and manage your subscription.
• Vercel, which hosts Pozer, stores published apps, and provides the anonymous usage counts described above.
• Nobody else. Our price data provider receives no information about you — we request market prices once and serve the same figures to everyone.

Subscription records are kept while your subscription is active and for seven years afterwards, which Singapore law requires for financial records. Published apps are kept until you or we delete them.

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@pozer.com and we will action it within 30 days. Deleting your data ends any active subscription.

If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and, if you subscribe, tell you by email.
