Fake Gumroad dashboard you can film

A creator sales dashboard you fill in yourself — your earnings and balance, sales and views, products and payouts — that installs to your phone and opens fullscreen. Shelf is an original light, playful app made for creator skits, launch-day parody and product mockups, where a sales feed and a chart need to respond when someone taps the screen.

On camera

What happens on camera

The dashboard opens on your earnings and balance, with Sales, Views and Conversion beside the chart. Tap a period pill to change the reporting range and its figures, then move to the sales feed to see who bought a product and for how much. Tap a sale to open its detail.

Products lists the things your fictional shop sells, with each name, price, sales count and revenue. Payouts opens the payment history you supplied for the scene. The whole app can stay in the shot while you move from the headline to a sale, a product or a payout.

Alerts

Someone bought your product

Turn on sale alerts in the installed app and real notifications arrive on the lock screen under your shop's name, announcing a simulated product purchase. You choose the amount range, how often they arrive and for how long.

Every notification adds a sale to the top of the feed and its amount to balance and earnings. Open the app after the phone buzzes and the purchase is there for the next shot.

Alerts go to the phone that turned them on: on iPhone, the app added to the Home Screen from Safari (iOS 16.4 or later); on Android, Chrome or the installed app. Free alerts end in SIMULATED, like the mark on the app, and Pro removes it.

Branding

Your name and your icon

Pozer doesn’t include any logos. Give the app your own name and upload your own icon: a logo you made, or artwork you have the rights to use. Skip it and the editor makes a simple letter tile from the name.

Whatever you upload is your responsibility, and using another company’s logo is against our acceptable use policy. Set the name and icon before you install: they’re fixed on your home screen at the moment you add the app.

Getting it right

Sales and views give you the conversion rate

Conversion is worked out from sales divided by views, so it follows those figures when you change them or switch periods. Product revenue is its list price multiplied by sales, with your discounts or tips adjustment added. Earnings come from those product totals, rather than a second number that could contradict the product list.

Available balance is the product earnings minus the payouts you entered; the earnings headline follows the reporting period you select. A simulated sale alert adds its exact paid amount to the product totals and adds a sale to the feed, so earnings and balance increase together even when the purchase differs from the list price.

Honest use

What it is not

It is not connected to Gumroad or any creator platform, and it cannot sell products, collect money or send payouts. Every sale, balance, earnings figure and payout is simulated, and must never be used as proof of revenue.

Use it for skits, parody and mockups that viewers understand are fictional. Presenting the dashboard, payouts or sale notifications as real to sell an app or a course, promote an income method, or inflate a business listing is prohibited, and accounts that do it are closed.

The full rules are in our acceptable use policy.

Questions

Before you build

Is it connected to Gumroad?

No. It has no connection to Gumroad or any shop. Every product, sale and payout on it is something you entered or a simulated alert added.

Can I use my own product names and prices?

Yes. Set your fictional products, prices and sales counts, along with the sales feed and payouts, to fit the scene you want to film.

Can it send sale notifications?

Yes. With sale alerts on, product purchases arrive as real lock-screen notifications under your shop's name. Each one also adds a simulated sale to the feed and increases balance and earnings.

Is it a copy of Gumroad?

No. Shelf is an original creator sales dashboard. Gumroad-style describes the kind of app it is made for; the app carries no Gumroad name, logo, colours or fonts.

Can I use it to prove that my product makes money?

No. It is never proof of revenue. Using simulated sales or payouts to sell an app or a course, promote invented results or inflate a listing is prohibited. Use it for clearly fictional skits, parody and mockups.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. On iPhone, open your app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, use Chrome's Install app option. It opens fullscreen from your own app icon.

Is the creator sales dashboard free?

Yes. Building it, installing it and filming it are free. Free apps carry a small SIMULATED · POZER.COM mark; Pro removes it.
