Pozer is operated by Obscura Vertex Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202622039R), registered at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422, Singapore. “We”, “us” and “Pozer” mean Obscura Vertex Pte. Ltd..

Pozer is a design tool. It generates original, clearly fictional dashboard designs and installable web apps for use as props in creative work.

Pozer is not a wallet, exchange, broker, payment service or financial institution. It does not hold, transmit or provide access to money, securities or digital assets. Nothing it produces is a record of any real account, balance, transaction or business performance. Pozer is not regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and provides no financial service of any kind.

Pro access is tied to the email address you use at checkout. It is also granted to the browser you check out in, so it works immediately; to use it on another device, sign in with that address and we restore it. Keep access to that mailbox — it is how we identify your subscription.

Pro costs US$12.99 per month. Your payment method is charged when you subscribe and automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

We may change pricing on at least 30 days’ notice by email. Any change applies from your next renewal, never retroactively.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. You do not need to email us. Cancelling stops future charges and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Apps you have already published stay online either way. They keep the clean, unmarked screen until the end of that paid period; afterwards the “SIMULATED · POZER.COM” mark returns to them, and to anything you publish later, until you subscribe again. Nothing you made is deleted, and resubscribing removes the mark again everywhere.

If you were charged in error, or you cancelled and were billed anyway, email support@pozer.com within 30 days and we will refund that charge in full. Because every template is usable free before you pay, we do not otherwise refund partial months. Accounts terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded.

Your use of Pozer is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Breach is grounds for immediate termination.

You keep ownership of the names, icons and artwork you upload, and you confirm you hold the rights to use them. You grant us only the licence needed to store and serve them as part of the app you publish.

Pozer is provided “as is”. Published apps depend on third-party price data and hosting and may be unavailable at times. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for any use you make of the material Pozer generates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
