Pozer is operated by Obscura Vertex Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202622039R), registered at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422, Singapore. “We”, “us” and “Pozer” mean Obscura Vertex Pte. Ltd..

Pozer is a design tool. It generates original, clearly fictional dashboard designs and installable web apps for use as props in creative work.

Pozer is not a wallet, exchange, broker, payment service or financial institution. It does not hold, transmit or provide access to money, securities or digital assets. Nothing it produces is a record of any real account, balance, transaction or business performance. Pozer is not regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and provides no financial service of any kind.

You can build and preview apps without an account; you need a free one to publish them. Your account is your email address: we email you a single-use code or link to sign in, and there is no password. Apps you publish and any subscription you buy are tied to that account.

Pro access is tied to your account’s email address, which is the address used at checkout. It is also granted to the browser you check out in, so it works immediately; on another device, sign in with that address and we restore it. Keep access to that mailbox — it is how we identify you and your subscription.

Pro removes the mark from the apps you publish on up to five devices where you are signed in to your account: the five you signed in on most recently. Signing in on a sixth returns the mark to the one you signed in on longest ago, until you sign in on it again. Anyone else who opens an app’s link, on a device where you are not signed in, sees that app with the mark. Apps first published before this took effect, on 13 October 2026, are shown without the mark on any device while Pro is active.

Pro is a subscription billed weekly (US$4.99 a week), monthly (US$12.99 a month) or yearly (US$79.99 a year), as you choose at checkout. Your payment method is charged when you subscribe and automatically at the start of each new week, month or year until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes; checkout may show the amount converted to your local currency.

In India, Pro is priced in Indian rupees: ₹149 a week, ₹499 a month or ₹2,999 a year, billed the same way. Customers in India can instead buy a one-time 30-day pass for ₹499. A pass is charged once and gives Pro for 30 days from purchase, or from the end of a pass you already hold; it does not renew. Which prices you are offered depends on the country you check out from.

You can move to a longer plan at any time from your account: weekly to monthly or yearly, or monthly to yearly. The new plan starts immediately. The unused part of your current period is credited against its first payment and the rest is charged to your payment method, and you see that amount before you confirm. The credit only ever reduces the new plan’s price; it is never paid out. To move to a shorter plan, cancel and choose it when your current period ends.

We may change pricing on at least 30 days’ notice by email. Any change applies from your next renewal, never retroactively.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page. You do not need to email us. Cancelling stops future charges and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. A pass has nothing to cancel: it ends by itself when its 30 days are up.

Apps you have already published stay online either way. They keep the clean, unmarked screen until the end of that paid period; afterwards the “SIMULATED · POZER.COM” mark returns to them, and to anything you publish later, until you subscribe again. Nothing you made is deleted, and resubscribing removes the mark again. The same applies when a pass ends.

All payments are final and non-refundable, for subscriptions and passes alike, including any unused part of a period or a pass and accounts terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. Every template works in full on the free plan, so you can see exactly what Pro changes before you pay. Nothing in these Terms removes a right to a refund that the law where you live gives you and does not allow to be excluded.

Your use of Pozer is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Breach is grounds for immediate termination.

You keep ownership of the names, icons and artwork you upload, and you confirm you hold the rights to use them. You grant us only the licence needed to store and serve them as part of the app you publish.

Pozer is provided “as is”. Published apps depend on third-party price data and hosting and may be unavailable at times. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for any use you make of the material Pozer generates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
