Acceptable Use

Personal goals: a goal or vision board app kept on your own phone, for you to look at.

Entertainment and creative work: skits, parody, memes, film and video props, design mockups and portfolio work, UI concepts, and editorial illustration.

Pranks, on every one of these conditions: the reveal happens in the same scene, before anyone acts on what they saw; nobody is asked for money, a payment, a signature, personal details or a decision while they believe the screen is real; the person it is played on knows you; and you have their consent before you post it. A prank that runs past the reveal, or ends with anyone having sent, signed or promised anything, is the misuse below, not a prank.

You may not use Pozer images or apps to:

1. Solicit money, investment, deposits or loans from any person.
2. Substantiate income, revenue, net worth or performance claims to any person, employer, lender, landlord, platform or government body.
3. Promote a course, mentorship, signal group, trading room or business opportunity by presenting simulated results as actual results.
4. Impersonate any real company, product or person, or reproduce a third party's trademarks, logos or trade dress.
5. Support an application for credit, housing, employment, immigration, insurance or benefits.
6. Present a simulated image or app as a genuine record in any other way, beyond a prank that meets every condition under Permitted.

Pozer does not supply brand logos or app icons. Any name, icon or artwork you add is supplied by you, and you confirm you hold the rights to use it. Uploading a third party’s logo, trademark or trade dress is prohibited, and you are responsible for what you upload and for how you use what you create.

• Every template is an original Pozer design, drawn to the conventions of a familiar category of app so it reads as the right kind of screen. We name the app each one is reminiscent of purely so you can find it. We do not copy any company’s name, logo, icon or artwork, and no template ships with one.
• Apps published on the free tier carry a visible “SIMULATED · POZER.COM” mark under each screen’s main figure. The same mark is on every receipt the app prints and every image exported from the editor.

Violations result in immediate termination without refund. We cooperate with law enforcement where images or apps are used in fraud.
