Acceptable Use

Entertainment and creative work: skits, parody, memes, film and video props, design mockups and portfolio work, UI concepts, and editorial illustration.

You may not use Pozer images or apps to:

1. Solicit money, investment, deposits or loans from any person.
2. Substantiate income, revenue, net worth or performance claims to any person, employer, lender, landlord, platform or government body.
3. Promote a course, mentorship, signal group, trading room or business opportunity by presenting simulated results as actual results.
4. Impersonate any real company, product or person, or reproduce a third party's trademarks, logos or trade dress.
5. Support an application for credit, housing, employment, immigration, insurance or benefits.
6. Present a simulated image or app as a genuine record in any other way.

Pozer does not supply brand logos or app icons. Any name, icon or artwork you add is supplied by you, and you confirm you hold the rights to use it. Uploading a third party’s logo, trademark or trade dress is prohibited, and you are responsible for what you upload and for how you use what you create.

• Templates are original Pozer designs. We do not reproduce the name, logo or brand styling of any real financial, banking, payment, exchange or ecommerce product.
• Apps published on the free tier carry a visible “Made with Pozer” mark.

Violations result in immediate termination without refund. We cooperate with law enforcement where images or apps are used in fraud.
